La Voz of Loudoun!

DID YOU KNOW…that the Sterling Foundation adopted the Sterling Boulevard several years ago? By adopting the boulevard, the Sterling Foundation, a non-profit organization staffed only with community volunteers, became responsible for picking up litter and other debris left along the roadway and the median strip. La Voz of Loudoun, a non-profit organization also staffed with community volunteers whose mission is to promote self-sufficiency through programs that strengthen the Hispanic/Latino family network has joined in this effort. We desperately need volunteers for these clean-ups and we are inviting the Hispanic/Latino community to join us.  Let us all share in our responsibility to keep our community beautiful and let us assist the Foundation in this effort. We are not asking you to work all day – only a couple of hours. The more volunteers that come to help, the least time we will be assigned to work.

We encourage everyone to please DO NOT LITTER our community and to please assist during clean-ups.  We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, June 20 at 9:00am sharp, at Briar Patch.
